Villa with a large garden between Fondi and
Sperlonga
The Villa is surrounded by a large garden, where
you can eat outside and enjoy the sun. Further
for the children there is a lot of space for
playing.
The house has 3 sleeping rooms, two bathrooms
(one with shower and one with bath), a well
furnished kitchen, a dining room with fire place
and a large terrace. The house is without
heating, but in the winter month you can heat
with the fire place.

The whole year
The house is without heating, but in the winter
month you can heat with the fire place.
Surroundings
Near Villa Roberta you find one of the nicest
coasts of Italy. Long sand beaches, lovely bays
and steep coast.
The medieval towns Fondi and Sperlonga with
little alleys and old churches are worth seeing.
Fondi is some kilometres in the inerior,
Sperlonga is located on the steep coast on the
sea.
Further you can visit a lot of marvellous places
in the vicinity: the Roman Villa of Tiberius in
the natural park Riviera di Ulisse, the temple
of Jupiter in Terracina, the penisula Gaeta,
Ninfa, mountain villages where you have the
impression that the time stands still, the
natural park of the Aurunci Mountains (highest
peak 1553 metres)... Train connections every
hour invites to visit Rome and Naples.
