In the Villa there are two nice apartments, completely restored, with view looking over the Gulf of Gaeta and over the Natural Park of the Aurunci Mountains (Mount Petrella 1533 metres).

Appartamento dei Limoni

The apartment (approx. 80 m²) has one bedroom with a double bed, one living room with fireplace and a sofabed, a full-sized kitchen with veranda, a bathroom with shower and bidet and a large balcony.

The kitchen is provided with cooker, oven, refrigerator, freezer chest, toaster and a dining table.

Guests have use of a washing machine. Upon request we provide iron and ironing board.

Appartamento Ulivo

The apartment (approx. 70 m²) has one sleeping room with a double bed, another sleeping room with a single bed, a living room with kitchen and dining table, a bath with bath and bidet, two balconies and a terrace.

The kitchen is provided with cooker, oven, refrigerator, freezer chest and toaster.

Guests have use of a washing machine. Upon request we provide iron and ironing board.

Surroundings

We find Villa Mariolina in the little town Santa Maria Infante, a district of Minturno, only 10 minutes by car driving from the sea.

The peaceful town is surrounded by green hills with lemon and olive grows.

In the centre of the town you find the typical central place with the bar and the church Madonna delle Grazie from the 18^th century.

During walks around the town you can enjoy the wonderful view over the sea and the mountains.

The distance to the medieval centre of Minturno is only two kilometres, there you can visit the old castle, churches and have a walk along the alleys and steps.

Driving down from Minturno you pass the train station and than reach the sea.

You find a long sand beach where you can take umbrellas or make sports like kitesurf or windsurf and a the romantic bay Spiaggia dei Sassolini. The beach Spiaggia dei Sassolini is surrounded by the green hills of the Natural Parc Riviera di Ulisse; there you can take sailing lessons and in the evening you can relax  by a bear in pub Mary Rock  with view on the sea.

In the summer in the pubs Mary Rock and Scoglio there are live music and in the roman theatre in Minturnae there are open air events like concerts, theatre and dancing performances.
